ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Kate! For the past 14 years, I’ve been an active part of Kingston’s fitness community, dedicated to helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience—both in and out of the gym. I became a personal trainer because I’m passionate about watching individuals challenge themselves and exceed their own expectations.

My approach is rooted in functional training and creating a supportive, motivating environment where everyone feels empowered and connected to a like-minded community.

I trained with Kate for 1 year. I had tried to start many times on my own but always quit. I loved our workouts together - she pushed me but that’s what I wanted and I was proud of how strong I was becoming and how much better I felt. Always encouraging and motivating me - I looked forward to seeing her 3 days a week. Her experience and knowledge comes through with customized workouts as I had some mobility issues with my arm that she easily modified exercises to accommodate. I would and have recommended her to anyone looking for a trainer as she will show up for you every time.
