Hi, I’m Kate! For the past 14 years, I’ve been an active part of Kingston’s fitness community, dedicated to helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience—both in and out of the gym. I became a personal trainer because I’m passionate about watching individuals challenge themselves and exceed their own expectations.
My approach is rooted in functional training and creating a supportive, motivating environment where everyone feels empowered and connected to a like-minded community.
