Hi, I’m Katie! For the past 14 years, I’ve been deeply involved in Kingston’s fitness community, committed to helping women in Kingston build strength, confidence, and resilience—both inside and outside the gym.
I specialize in training women because I’m passionate about supporting their unique needs and helping them discover just how strong and capable they truly are. Becoming a personal trainer was a natural choice for me—I love watching women push past their limits and achieve things they never thought possible.
My approach focuses on functional training and creating a supportive, motivating environment where every woman feels empowered, encouraged, and connected to a like-minded community.
